Real Estate Bookkeeper for QuickBooks

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to clean up, organize, and maintain bookkeeping for three separate financial entities: 1. Multifamily Real Estate Business * 16 apartment units * Approximately 20 transactions per month 2. Realtor LLC * Approximately 20 transactions per month 3. Personal Finances * Approximately 60 transactions per month Current Situation: * Books have not been maintained consistently for approximately 6 months. * We are not currently using QuickBooks Online. * We need initial setup, cleanup, reconciliation, and ongoing monthly bookkeeping. Required Responsibilities: Phase 1: Setup and Cleanup * Set up QuickBooks Online accounts and chart of accounts * Import and organize historical transactions * Reconcile all accounts for the previous 6 months * Categorize all transactions accurately * Identify missing information and ask questions proactively * Prepare tax-ready books Phase 2: Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping * Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations * Monthly Profit & Loss reports * Monthly Balance Sheet reports * General Ledger maintenance * CPA-ready financial package at year end * Monthly review meeting (written summary is acceptable) Phase 3: Personal Finance Reporting * Weekly cash flow summary * Weekly account balance summary * Monthly net worth report * Monthly spending by category report Required Experience: * QuickBooks Online Expert * Experience with U.S.-based businesses * Experience with rental real estate accounting * Experience with small business bookkeeping * Experience working directly with CPAs * Strong written English When Applying: Please answer all questions below. 1.
