Looking for a professional with proven and verifiable expertise in successfully partnering with an entrepreneur in assisting in building a portfolio of real estate/hard assets (ex: multi-family, self-storage, S8 assets); could be in addition to US based assets, international assets also in scope -Project would entail advising on best strategy to accelerate growth to meet goal(s) -Setting clear timelines and actions necessary to achieve goal(s) -Verifiable track record a must -Expert in creative financing strategies/structures -Experienced in compressing timeline(s) from concept to measurable reality; results oriented/focused -Must be professional and have very strong follow-up/follow-through skills ; "what-they-say they-do" kind of persona -High integrity/high character/ results oriented -Must be genuinely a good person who enjoys seeing others succeed -Must be able to meet strict deadlines and move quickly on providing sharp and substantive strategy deliverable(s)
