Real Estate Business Development & Developer Outreach Specialist About UnderContrac UnderContrac is building the operating system for real estate development. Our platform helps developers structure projects, organize documentation, prepare financing-ready packages, and manage development workflows through a single workspace. We are looking for an experienced business development professional with a strong understanding of real estate, development, lending, construction finance, or commercial real estate to help expand our network of developers and industry professionals. Responsibilities * Identify and engage real estate developers, builders, investors, and operators * Conduct discovery conversations to understand project goals and financing needs * Educate prospective users on the UnderContrac platform and workflow * Guide users through project creation and onboarding * Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking * Build relationships with industry professionals and strategic partners * Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams * Support user activation and adoption initiatives Ideal Experience * Business development, sales, partnerships, or account management experience * Commercial real estate, development, lending, construction, or proptech experience * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Experience conducting discovery calls and stakeholder conversations * Ability to work independently and manage outreach activities * Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management Preferred Background Experience in one or more of the following areas: * Real estate development * Construction lending * Bridge lending * DSCR lending * Commercial real estate * Capital markets * Proptech platforms * Real estate investment What Success Looks Like * New developer relationships established * Successful platform onboarding and activation * Consistent pipeline development * High-quality user engagement * Valuable feedback contributing to product improvement Why Join UnderContrac This is an opportunity to work directly with an early-stage real estate technology company focused on modernizing how developers structure projects and prepare for financing.
