Real Estate CRM Automation & Admin Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant with CRM automation and real estate administrative experience to help streamline and organize my business. I use or am considering Follow Up Boss and Wise Agent and need someone who understands how to properly set up, optimize, and automate a real estate CRM—not just handle basic data entry. Responsibilities include: Setting up and optimizing Follow Up Boss or Wise Agent Creating automated lead follow-up workflows Setting up automatic text and email responses Building campaigns for buyers, sellers, Veterans United leads, investors, and past clients Organizing lead stages, tags, sources, and pipelines Creating long-term nurture/drip campaigns Setting up follow-up tasks and reminders Importing, cleaning, and organizing contacts Connecting lead sources and integrations Managing the database and identifying leads needing attention Assisting with general real estate administrative tasks Documenting systems and processes I’m looking for someone tech-savvy, organized, proactive, and experienced with CRM automation. Follow Up Boss and/or Wise Agent experience is strongly preferred. My goal is to build efficient backend systems and automations that reduce manual work and help my real estate business scale.
