We’re a real estate investment company in the Houston, Texas area, and we’re growing our acquisitions team. We buy distressed properties — probate, divorce, tax-delinquent, and absentee-owner situations — and we need two reliable phone closers to help us reach motivated sellers. Here’s the part that matters: WE PROVIDE THE LEADS. You’re not hunting for deals or buying lists. We hand you the list and the dialer — your job is to bring those leads to life on the phone, qualify the motivated sellers, and get appointments on our closers’ calendar. This is a long-term role with real upside. Two seats are open, and you’ll be part of a small, supportive three-person calling team. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Call through the lead lists we provide (we supply everything) • Build rapport fast and qualify whether a seller is genuinely motivated • Handle objections and follow up with sellers who go quiet • Book qualified appointments directly onto our closers’ calendar • Log your calls and tag every lead accurately in our CRM COMPENSATION — UNCAPPED COMMISSION + BONUSES • Commission: 20% of the profit on every deal you help close, paid when the deal funds. Call and book a deal yourself and you keep the full 20%; if a teammate handles part of it, the commission splits fairly. Our average deal earns the team 10,000 dollars in commission, so your share adds up quickly. • Appointment bonus: $25 cash for every qualified appointment you set • Speed bonus: $100 when a lead goes from first contact to signed contract in under 14 days • Volume and loyalty bonuses as you grow with us There’s no cap — the more deals you help close, the more you earn. SCHEDULE • Working hours overlap US Central Time business hours (this is when sellers answer) • 20-40 hours/week to start, with room to grow into full-time • Monday–Friday, consistent daily schedule WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Excellent spoken English with a clear, friendly, confident phone presence • Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (real estate is a big plus) • Thick skin and comfort with high call volume • Reliable high-speed internet (a backup connection and backup power are a plus), a quiet workspace, and a good headset • Dependable, coachable, and honest — you show up every day and tag your work accurately NICE TO HAVE • US real estate, wholesaling, or acquisitions experience • Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM/dialer • Familiarity with the US real estate market and seller terminology 3) SKILLS / SEARCH TAGS (add these in the skills field) Cold Calling · Telemarketing · Appointment Setting · Outbound Sales · Lead Generation · Real Estate · Phone Support · Customer Service · Sales · Virtual Assistant · Lead Nurturing · Scheduling 4) SCREENING QUESTIONS 1.
