Real Estate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Mountain Village Property Management is a growing property management company in Bozeman, Montana. We manage long-term rentals across the Gallatin Valley and we're scaling from 50 to 100+ properties. We're hiring a cold caller / appointment setter to call rental property owners (mostly out-of-state investors) and book 15-minute phone consults on the owner's calendar. This is NOT a "figure it out yourself" gig. You get: A complete, professionally built NEPQ-style call script — opener, discovery, every objection handler Skip-traced property owner lists (Invelo), DNC- and litigator-scrubbed before you ever dial A dialer (smrtPhone) with click-to-dial — you just need a headset and quiet room Clear KPIs and a per-show bonus on top of your hourly What you'll do every day: 50–100 outbound dials to US rental property owners (script provided — follow it) Book qualified 15-minute consults directly on our calendar Send the calendar invite + reminder text within 2 minutes of every booking Log every dial in the CRM: connect / no-connect / callback time / pain notes / booked / DNC Work the follow-up sequence (voicemail, text, email) for no-answers and "not yet" leads Send a short end-of-day report: dials, connects, real conversations, bookings, best call of the day Requirements: Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent — you'll be talking to US property owners 1+ year cold calling experience. Real estate strongly preferred (wholesaling, investor outreach, or property management — if you've dialed absentee-owner lists before, say so) Calm, conversational phone style. We do NOT want a hard-sell telemarketer voice — the script is built on curiosity, not pressure Available 4+ hours/day during US business hours (roughly 9am–6pm US Mountain Time — we'll set your block together) Quiet workspace, reliable internet, USB headset Coachable — calls are recorded, you'll get feedback weekly and apply it Comfortable with a CRM and Google Calendar Independent freelancers only — no agencies Pay: Hourly (state your rate in your proposal) + $15 bonus for every booked consult that actually shows up 20 hrs/week to start. Long-term seat with higher bonuses as we scale to 100+ doors How to apply (read carefully — this is the first test): Start your proposal with the word PICKLEBALL so we know you read this far Attach a 60–90 second voice recording: introduce yourself, then read this line naturally, like a real call: "I'm not sure if I'm even reaching the right person, but I noticed you own a place on Maple Street... and I was calling to see how you're handling things from that far away." Tell us briefly: your cold calling experience, what niches you've dialed, and your typical daily dial volume Proposals without a voice recording will not be considered.
