We are looking for a motivated cold caller to join our real estate wholesaling team. Your role is simple: call property owners, qualify motivation, and set appointments for follow‑up. If you’re consistent, coachable, and have strong English, you’ll fit perfectly. Responsibilities Cold calling property owners using general calling guidelines Making outbound calls (quality over quantity) Lead generation and entering notes into our CRM Asking qualifying questions (condition, timeline, motivation, price) Tagging, updating, and organizing leads Setting appointments for follow‑up Communicating daily with the team Requirements Strong English (clear, confident, neutral accent) Experience in Telemarketing or Appointment Setting Comfortable making outbound calls Reliable internet + quiet workspace Coachable, consistent, and motivated Must send a voice recording to be considered Compensation Commission to start (large commission paid after the first closed deal) Some negotiation on compensation and after deal pay can be made, we’re flexible After the first closed deal, you move to: $10/hr 40 hours/week Long‑term position Bonuses available We reward consistency, effort, and results.
