Real Estate Cold Caller - Fluent English, Full-Time, New York Hours (Worldwide)

We are hiring REAL ESTATE COLD CALLERS - open to applicants WORLDWIDE (working New York hours). Direct to client. Long-term, full-time role. ABOUT THE ROLE - Call a provided list of property owners and prospects who may be looking to lease. - Ask pre-qualifying questions from our proven script. - Forward interested leads to the lead manager. - Script, dialer access, and training provided. SCHEDULE (please read) - Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York), Monday to Friday. - We hire from anywhere in the world. Your country does not matter as long as you can reliably work New York business hours every day. ENGLISH REQUIREMENT (please read) - This is a 100% phone-based role, so fluent, clearly understandable spoken English is essential. - Neutral or light accent, confident and natural on live calls, able to handle objections without reading word for word. - Shortlisted candidates will be asked for a short voice sample or a quick live call. WHAT YOU NEED - BPO / call center experience (real estate, leasing, or rental calls is a big plus). - Comfortable using a triple-line / power dialer. - Basic MS Excel or Google Sheets (you do not need to be an expert). - Skip tracing experience preferred. - Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset.
