Real Estate Cold Caller — Motivated Seller Outreach (Remote, Part-Time)

ABOUT THE ROLE: We're a wholesale real estate operation in Philadelphia. We buy distressed properties directly from motivated sellers and need a high-energy phone closer to fill our pipeline daily. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Call 80–120 homeowners per day from our lead lists - Qualify sellers (motivated? timeline? condition? price?) - Log all calls in our CRM/Google Sheet - Set appointments for our acquisition team - Follow up on warm leads YOU MUST HAVE: - Fluent English, confident phone presence - Prior cold calling experience (real estate preferred) - Reliable internet and quiet workspace - Experience with CRM or Google Sheets PAY: $4–7/hr based on experience + $100–200 bonus per closed deal you sourced HOURS: Mon–Fri, 9am–2pm EST (25 hrs/week) TO APPLY: Send a 60-second voice memo introducing yourself and your cold calling experience.
