We're hiring cold callers for a U.S. real-estate investing company. Tasks include: • Calling homeowners using our triple line dialer • Reading & mastering script • Asking basic qualification questions • Notating the customers information correctly Requirements: • Strong spoken English • Quiet workspace & reliable internet • Must be available to work U.S. hours • Excellent communication & note taking skills • Experienced with using a triple line dialer • Previous cold calling experience ( any field) • Must provide a sample voice recording Bonus if you have experience with: • Real Estate • Real estate acquisitions or Sales Hours: 12 hrs/week Pay: $3/hr non negotiable
