Real Estate Cold Caller/Telemarketer

Summary We are a real estate investment company looking for an experienced cold caller to call homeowners who have inherited a property or a percentage of a property and help us build relationships and educate homeowners on the services we provide and gather information from the homeowner. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound outreach, introduce our company, explain how we work with homeowners, and schedule qualified meetings with our lead investor. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, personable, organized, and capable of building genuine relationships, not just reading a script. Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to homeowners from provided lists - Introduce our company and explain how we can help them. - Build rapport and establish relationships with the homeowners. - Gather information about their situation. - Schedule qualified appointments between interested homeowners and our lead investor. - Maintain accurate notes and call outcomes - Follow scripts and talking points while being comfortable having natural conversations. - Follow up with contacts as needed to nurture relationships.
