Real Estate ISA / Lead Follow-Up Specialist (GoHighLevel Experience Preferred) About Us We are a fast-growing real estate company serving the Greater Philadelphia area, the Pocono Mountains, and the New Jersey Shore. We generate a consistent flow of seller leads through multiple marketing campaigns and are looking for an exceptional Lead Follow-Up Specialist to help convert opportunities into appointments. This is **NOT** a high-volume cold-calling position where you're reading a script all day. We're looking for someone who understands sales, knows how to build rapport, and can identify motivation. --- What You'll Be Doing Your primary responsibility will be following up with existing leads inside our CRM (GoHighLevel). You'll be working through: * Warm leads that have previously responded * Seller leads who requested information * Expired Listings * Cancelled Listings * Withdrawn Listings * FSBO (For Sale By Owner) * FRBO (For Rent By Owner) * Off-market homeowner campaigns * Buyer inquiry follow-up * Long-term nurture campaigns * Re-engaging older leads that have gone cold Your goal is simple: **Build relationships, qualify motivation, overcome objections, and schedule qualified appointments for our acquisition/listing team.** --- Responsibilities * Call warm and cold leads daily * Respond to inbound text messages and emails * Follow our CRM workflows and update notes after every conversation * Move leads through the sales pipeline * Identify motivation, timeline, and selling obstacles * Handle objections naturally * Schedule appointments directly on our calendar * Keep detailed CRM records * Recommend improvements to scripts and workflows * Help optimize our follow-up process over time --- We're Looking For Someone Who... * Speaks fluent, clear English with minimal accent * Has excellent phone presence * Is confident talking with homeowners * Is personable and can build trust quickly * Doesn't sound robotic or scripted * Can think on their feet during conversations * Has experience overcoming objections * Is organized and detail-oriented * Can work independently * Is reliable and responsive --- Preferred Experience Bonus points if you have experience with: * GoHighLevel (GHL) * Real estate sales * ISA (Inside Sales Agent) * Appointment setting * CRM management * SMS follow-up * Email campaigns * Dialers * Seller lead generation * Cold calling * Property management leads --- What Makes Someone Stand Out We're not looking for someone who simply dials numbers. We're looking for someone who: * Thinks like a salesperson—not a telemarketer * Can build genuine conversations instead of reading scripts * Knows how to uncover motivation * Understands that follow-up is where deals are won * Can recognize buying or selling signals * Takes ownership of improving conversion rates * Can suggest better scripts, automations, and workflows * Is comfortable making hundreds of quality conversations each week * Wants to become an important part of a growing company instead of just another VA If you've helped generate listings or appointments for real estate teams before, we'd love to hear about your results. --- To Apply Please answer the following: 1.
