Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and professional Cold Caller to support our real estate team by identifying potential buyers and sellers. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and setting appointments for our agents. This is an entry-to-intermediate level sales role with structured training and performance-based growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to property owners, buyers, and prospects from provided lists Introduce the company’s real estate services in a clear and professional manner Identify potential sellers, buyers, or investors Qualify leads based on defined criteria Schedule appointments for real estate agents Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems Follow approved scripts while adapting to conversations naturally Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets. Requirements Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle rejection and remain consistent Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity Self-discipline and ability to work independently Fluent in [English/Urdu/other required languages]. Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate or property-related sales Understanding of real estate terminology (buyers, sellers, listings, etc.) Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
