Job Title: Real Estate Cold Caller (Hourly + Uncapped Commission) About Us We are a fast-growing real estate company that specialize in finding off-market properties. We thrive on high energy, consistency, and a passion for growth. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Cold Callers to help us expand our pipeline. Role Overview & Workflow As a Cold Caller, you will be the front line of our lead generation. You will be provided with a targeted list of property owners to call using our multi-line dialer system. Your primary responsibility is to reach out to property owners, build quick rapport, identify motivated sellers, and schedule appointments for the acquisition manager to walk through the property and make an offer. Key Responsibilities High-Volume Outbound Calling: Make consistent outbound calls using our multi-line dialer platform. Lead Qualification: Follow a structured script to identify property owner motivation, property condition, timeline, and price flexibility. Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule walkthrough and offer appointments between motivated sellers and the team manager. Data Management: Accurately update lead statuses, notes, and contact information in our CRM system. Qualifications & Skills Excellent Communication: Clear English speaking skills with a confident, friendly phone presence and strong active listening. Resilience & Grind: Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude (cold calling is a numbers game!). Experience: Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate lead generation is highly preferred. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using multi-line dialers and standard CRM systems. Work Environment: Access to a quiet workspace, a reliable computer, a high-quality headset, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
