**Real Estate Cold Caller Needed — Wholesale Real Estate Company** We are a growing real estate wholesale company looking for a strong cold caller to join our team. This role is focused on calling property owners, qualifying leads, building rapport, and helping identify motivated sellers. You will be working directly with me during calling sessions, so communication, energy, and professionalism are very important. **Schedule:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST **Requirements:** * Must have a clear, professional, near-perfect English accent * Must have real estate cold calling experience * Must be comfortable calling U.S. property owners * Must be confident, coachable, and able to handle objections * Must be reliable and able to work 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST * Must be comfortable being on Zoom while working, as we will be working together live during call blocks * Must be organized and able to update lead notes clearly **Responsibilities:** * Make outbound cold calls to property owners * Follow our script and qualification process * Identify motivated sellers * Take detailed notes inside our CRM * Communicate hot leads quickly * Join Zoom while working so we can collaborate live **To Apply:** Please send a short voice note introducing yourself and explaining your real estate cold calling experience.
