Real Estate Cold Calling Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly experienced, reliable, and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing real estate team. Responsibilities: * Make outbound cold calls to property owners and prospects. * Qualify leads based on our criteria. * Schedule appointments for our acquisitions team. * Maintain accurate records in the CRM. * Follow up with prospects through calls, texts, and emails. * Meet daily and weekly activity targets. * Provide regular updates on lead and appointment progress. Requirements: * Previous experience in real estate cold calling and appointment setting. * Excellent English communication skills. * Neutral accent and professional phone etiquette. * Strong objection-handling abilities. * Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. * Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
