Real Estate Comparison Dashboard

I need real estate listings data scraped from a property website (details shared with the selected freelancer), cleaned, and structured into a well-organised dataset — then turned into an interactive dashboard that helps me compare locations and decide which area best fits my requirements (budget, size, price per sq ft, amenities, etc.). The end goal is a decision-making tool, not just charts — I should be able to slice the data by my criteria and instantly see which areas rank best. Requirements: • Scrape listings data from the website (fields like location, price, size, property type, amenities) • Clean and structure the dataset (duplicates, missing values, inconsistent formats) • Build an interactive dashboard (Power BI preferred, or propose an alternative) with: • Slicers/filters for key attributes (location, price range, property type, size) • A map visual showing properties/areas geographically • Comparative views (area vs. area on price, value, and other metrics) • Deliverables: structured dataset + working dashboard file + brief usage walkthrough
