Summary

We are looking for a reliable data entry specialist to help build a large commercial real estate contact database over a 3-month period. The work will involve manually reviewing contact information from a licensed real estate research platform and entering it into a provided spreadsheet or database template. Remote access will be provided. Project Details: Approximately 150,000 contacts 3-month project Work must be completed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time Remote desktop access will be provided Must follow provided formatting and data entry instructions Regular progress updates required Requirements: Strong attention to detail Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM/data entry work Reliable internet connection Ability to work through remote desktop access Real estate or contact research experience is a plus Important: No scraping tools, bots, automation, browser extensions, or unauthorized downloads may be used. All work must be completed manually through the provided remote access. Confidentiality is required.
