I am looking for someone with active, authorized access to licensed U.S. real estate data tools. I will provide a small list of property addresses and owner names where available. I need help enriching and validating the records using lawful, licensed data sources. Relevant tools may include PropStream, BatchLeads, BatchData, DealMachine, PropertyRadar, ATTOM, CoreLogic Realist, DataTree, REISkip, Skip Genie, PeopleFinders Pro, TLOxp, Accurint, or similar. This is not a scraping job. Please do not use unauthorized databases, leaked data, hacked data, or sources that violate any law, platform terms, or Upwork policies. Deliverable: A spreadsheet with available and permitted fields, including property address, owner name, mailing address, available owner contact fields, source platform used, confidence level, DNC or suppression flag if available, and notes.
