Real Estate Data Specialist — Recurring Direct-Mail List Build

About us: We're a real estate tax firm and we're launching a direct-mail program and need someone to build and maintain our prospect list. The role: Build and deliver a recurring (monthly) mailing list of investors who have just purchased qualifying investment property. Timing and accuracy are everything — these are time-sensitive prospects. You'll pull and filter property records for: -Closings within the last 30–90 days -Investment/income-use property only (commercial, multifamily, SFR rental, short-term rental) — no owner-occupied primary residences - Purchases made by an LLC or corporation - Sale price/building basis at or above a threshold we'll provide -Specific geographies we'll define Deliverable: A clean, deduplicated CSV/Excel file each month with defined fields (owner/entity name, mailing contact, property address, sale date, price, property type). Where the buyer is an entity and no mailable contact is listed, append or trace to a deliverable name and address. Ideally could include their Email and Phone number too. You should have: Hands-on experience with property data tools (PropStream, ATTOM, CoreLogic/ListSource, or direct county records) Strong data hygiene — deduplication, validation, consistent formatting Attention to detail and reliability on a recurring schedule Engagement: Ongoing contract. Open to hourly or per-list pricing — tell us your preferred structure and rate. We'll start with a paid test list for one metro before committing to the full cadence.
