Real Estate ISA / Seller Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setter I’m a New York real estate broker looking for an experienced Real Estate ISA / Appointment Setter to follow up with seller leads and schedule qualified appointments. This is not primarily a cold-calling position. I already generate seller leads and personally contact them. You will mainly work with leads I have been unable to reach, older leads that need additional follow-up, and other seller opportunities in my database. What You’ll Do * Call and follow up with seller leads * Make multiple attempts to reach leads who haven’t responded * Re-engage older leads in my database * Have natural conversations with homeowners about their real estate plans * Identify motivation, timeframe, and selling intentions * Schedule qualified appointments directly on my calendar * Keep accurate notes and update lead status in the CRM * Follow up by phone and text as appropriate * Occasionally follow up with expired listings, FSBOs, and other seller prospects Your job is not to negotiate or close transactions. Your goal is to make contact, identify genuine opportunities, and schedule appointments for me. Who I’m Looking For You should have: * Previous experience as a Real Estate ISA, cold caller, or appointment setter * Excellent spoken English and a clear, natural phone voice * Experience speaking with U.S. homeowners * Strong objection-handling skills * A conversational style — I do not want someone who sounds like they’re reading a script * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Experience working with a real estate CRM * Follow Up Boss experience is strongly preferred * Experience with seller leads, expired listings, FSBOs, or homeowner prospecting is a plus Hours Approximately 20 hours per week to start. You must be available to make calls during appropriate New York / Eastern Time hours. There is an opportunity for additional hours and a long-term position if we work well together. Compensation $5–$7/hour depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses. I am open to paying additional bonuses for qualified appointments that are scheduled and actually take place.
