We are a growing US real estate company, and we generate more buyer and seller leads than our agents can chase down themselves. We are looking for a warm, organized Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / appointment setter to be the first point of contact for those leads — call them fast, qualify them, nurture the ones who aren't ready yet, and book real appointments for our licensed agents. This is inbound, relationship-driven follow-up — not cold calling. These people already raised their hand by filling out a form, replying to an ad, or asking about a property. Your job is to reach them quickly, be genuinely helpful, and get the serious ones onto an agent's calendar. We provide the leads, the scripts, the CRM, and the training. You bring great phone presence, persistence, and the organization to follow up consistently over days and weeks. What You Will Do - Respond to brand-new inbound leads within minutes — by phone first, then text and email - Qualify buyers and sellers: timeline, motivation, budget/price range, location, and whether they're already working with an agent - Have warm, helpful conversations — answer basic questions and build trust, no pressure - Book qualified appointments and add them straight to the right agent's calendar - Nurture leads who aren't ready yet with structured follow-up sequences (calls, texts, emails) over time - Log every touch and outcome in the CRM immediately — calls, texts, notes, next steps - Keep leads warm with timely, friendly follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks - Hand off booked appointments cleanly with full context so the agent is ready to close You Are a Great Fit If You - Have clear, friendly spoken English that US buyers and sellers understand easily on the phone - Genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them, not just "closing" - Are persistent and organized — you follow up 5, 7, 10 times without dropping the ball - Have some inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, or lead follow-up experience - Are comfortable juggling phone, text, and email follow-up across many leads at once - Are coachable, self-managing, and motivated by booked appointments and results Tools & CRM - We use a real estate CRM (GoHighLevel / Follow Up Boss style) plus a dialer and text/email tools — experience with any of these is a plus, and we will train you on ours. Coverage / Hours - You must reliably overlap US business hours (roughly 9am-6pm Eastern or Central), since speed-to-lead matters most during the day. Tell us your timezone and the hours you can commit. Requirements - Clear, friendly spoken and written English - Previous inside sales, appointment setting, lead follow-up, or strong customer service experience - Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset - Disciplined follow-up habits and comfort working from a CRM and call/text scripts - Reliable overlap with US business hours Pay $3/hr to start, with performance bonuses for qualified appointments booked and appointments that show. Pay review at 60 days for strong performers. This is a long-term, growing role. Start Date: Immediate — we are looking to onboard this week. To Apply 1. I just wanted to take a couple minutes to learn what you're looking for and see how we can help. Do you have a quick second? Great — so are you thinking about making a move sometime soon, or just starting to look around?"
