Summary (You must submit an audio recording to apply) For the Real Estate Acquisition Manager position, you will be responsible for turning agent conversations into signed contracts for a real estate investment company focused on off-market opportunities. • Speak daily with real estate agents about potential off-market properties • Qualify leads by gathering address, condition, seller motivation, price, access, and timeline • Build strong agent relationships so they continue bringing us deals • Coordinate with our internal team on numbers, offers, walkthroughs, and next steps • Make verbal offers, negotiate confidently, and push deals toward contract • Follow up consistently until there is a clear yes, no, or next step • Keep clean notes, updates, and deal information inside our CRM What We Are Looking For / Skills Required • At least 1 year of real estate experience is required • Experience in acquisitions, wholesaling, investment properties, agent-facing sales, or a similar real estate role is strongly preferred • Strong English communication skills with minimal accent • Confident phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly • Natural sales drive, persistence, and comfort with follow-up • Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and create urgency without sounding pushy • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep accurate CRM notes • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working without constant supervision • Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic sales tools Preferred Real Estate Knowledge • Understanding of ARV, comps, repair estimates, inspection periods, earnest money, assignments, or double closes • Experience negotiating with sellers, agents, investors, or other real estate professionals • Track record of moving opportunities through a sales pipeline or closing deals Technical Requirements • Reliable computer with at least 8GB RAM • Reliable phone and stable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps • Quiet workspace with clear audio • Comfort using tools like GoHighLevel, Trello, Google Sheets, dashboards, and CRM systems Compensation • $1,500 base salary plus 7% commission on all deals you close (we can negotiate compensation based on experience) • Top performers have the opportunity to grow into a key role inside the company This Role Is NOT For You If • You are looking for a comfortable 9-5 with no pressure • You do not like making phone calls or following up consistently • You get discouraged easily after hearing no • You avoid negotiation, pressure, or difficult conversations • You do not have real estate experience • You need constant direction to stay productive How to Apply To apply, please send the following: • A short cover letter explaining why you are interested in this role and what real estate experience you have • An answer to this question: Describe a time when you had to negotiate a difficult deal or handle a challenging sales conversation.
