Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist — Land Acquisition (Part-Time)

We're a real estate land acquisition company based in Southern California, expanding our lead conversion infrastructure. We're looking for an experienced US-based inside sales professional to handle inbound seller follow-up and qualify motivated land sellers for our acquisition pipeline. This is a part-time role with strong upside through per-deal bonuses. We have an existing lead generation system producing consistent inbound calls from motivated land sellers — we need a skilled communicator to convert those leads into qualified deal opportunities. Engagement Type: Part-time, 15 hours per week Schedule: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday Hours may expand to 20-25/week as lead volume grows Long-term engagement if mutually successful Compensation: Hourly base Plus Per-deal bonus: $2,000 per closed acquisition What You'll Do: Follow up promptly on inbound seller leads captured by our 24/7 answering service Conduct outbound callbacks within same business day (ideally within 1-2 hours) Build rapport with motivated land sellers and understand their situations Qualify leads based on our acquisition criteria (property type, location, motivation, timeline) Gather property details, ownership information, and seller expectations Hand off qualified opportunities to our acquisition team with complete information Track lead status and follow-up activity in our CRM Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion patterns You're a Great Fit If You Have: 3+ years experience in inside sales, telesales, or real estate sales Direct experience speaking with property sellers, motivated sellers, or similar high-context conversations Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Comfortable handling objections, building rapport, and navigating emotional conversations Self-directed work style with strong follow-through Reliable availability during scheduled hours (10am-1pm PT, Monday-Friday) Quiet, professional work environment for phone calls Strong written communication for CRM updates and team coordination Strongly Preferred: Real estate sales background (land, wholesale, fix-and-flip, or motivated seller acquisition) Experience with CRM systems (Podio, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Familiarity with motivated seller dynamics (probate, tax delinquent, distressed sellers) US-based with neutral accent for broad market acceptance Track record of high lead-to-deal conversion rates Our Approach: We value relationship-building and consultative selling. Our goal is helping sellers solve their situation while finding good acquisition opportunities — building trust with sellers who often face difficult circumstances and need a respectful, patient counterpart on the other end of the phone.
