Real Estate Lead Manager / Acquisitions Follow-Up Specialist
Worldwide
About the role We're a real estate investment company that buys homes directly from sellers. We have a database of ~1,600 existing leads — people who once raised their hand but haven't crossed the finish line yet. We're looking for a sharp, warm, organized Lead Manager to bring those leads back to life. This is not a high-pressure, smile-and-dial sales role. You're the friendly voice who checks back in, rebuilds rapport, and figures out who's actually ready to move. The goal: re-engage old leads, pre-qualify the sellers, and book appointments with our home-buying specialists. What you'll do Work and revive existing leads across stages — follow-ups, "contract sent," "offer rejected," and general nurture Reconnect with warmth: "Hey, are you still thinking about selling? Is the price still around X? How's everything going with the property?" Pre-qualify sellers — confirm motivation, timeline, condition, price expectations, and situation Build genuine rapport and handle conversations with empathy (many of these sellers are in tough spots) Book qualified appointments on the calendar for our acquisitions / home-buying specialists Keep the CRM spotless — log every call, update lead status, schedule follow-ups, set reminders Run consistent follow-up cadences so no lead falls through the cracks What we're looking for Real estate experience required — ideally with sellers, investors, wholesaling, or acquisitions (you understand motivated-seller conversations) GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a must — this is our CRM and you'll live in it daily (no learning-from-scratch on other CRMs) Excellent spoken English and a warm, natural phone presence — empathetic, not scripted-robotic Highly organized and self-managed — you track your pipeline, follow up on time, and don't need babysitting Comfortable making outbound calls and having real conversations Reliable internet, quiet environment, and a good headset Bonus points Familiarity with motivated-seller terminology and basic property/deal qualifying Experience setting appointments for an acquisitions team Cold-calling or inside-sales background Compensation Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Performance bonus for every qualified appointment that shows up Long-term role with room to grow as we scale
