Real Estate Market Intelligence & Acquisitions Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated real estate researcher/analyst with 5+ years of experience identifying emerging investment opportunities before they become obvious to the market. Your primary responsibility will be to uncover off-market and early-stage opportunities in land, commercial, and multifamily real estate by tracking growth indicators such as infrastructure projects, utility expansions, zoning changes, major employer activity, retail/QSR expansion, demographic shifts, and ownership patterns. Responsibilities: Identify emerging growth corridors and under-the-radar markets Research infrastructure, utility, and development activity Track major retail, QSR, healthcare, and corporate expansions Build targeted owner lists (absentee, inherited, trust-owned, long-term owners, etc.) Source and present actionable acquisition opportunities Create concise market reports and investment theses Requirements: 5+ years in real estate acquisitions, research, development, GIS, urban planning, or related fields Strong independent research and analytical skills Experience with GIS, public records, zoning, land use, or real estate data platforms Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision When applying, please provide an example of a market or growth corridor you identified before it became widely recognized and explain why you believed it had investment potential.
