Real Estate Marketing Designer for Launch Assets

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to adapt an existing real estate brand system into a small set of premium launch materials. The brand identity, renderings, website direction, and core project content are already prepared. The main work is layout design, refinement, print preparation, and adapting the existing brand into polished marketing assets. The style should be clean, premium, minimal, and editorial, with strong attention to typography, spacing, and detail. The overall direction is a light background using the project brand colour scheme, while still feeling bold, clear, and visually strong enough for site signage. Scope of Work You will design and prepare: One 4’ x 8’ main project sign 3 fence wrap panels using the approved branding and project renderings QR code integration for signage and digital materials A small social media launch package, including 3 to 4 feed posts and 2 to 3 story layouts One vertical reel direction using only existing project assets Final print-ready PDFs with proper margins, bleed, export settings, and packaged source files Requirements We are looking for someone with strong experience in: Real estate marketing design Editorial layout design Site signage or large-format print design Print-ready file preparation Clean typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy Working with existing brand guidelines Preparing organized source files for final delivery Experience with residential real estate, presale projects, luxury branding, site signage, social media launch assets, or real estate marketing campaigns is a strong plus.
