We are a growing property management company, and we’re looking for a go-to creative freelancer to help us look sharp. We manage several communities, and need someone who can turn a "look and lease" special into a high-converting piece of eye candy. The Role .You’ll be responsible for: Community Flyers: Designing sleek, professional flyers to showcase specific properties or amenities. Email Specials: Creating visually engaging email layouts (and light copy) to highlight move-in specials or resident events. The Ideal Candidate Toolbox: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms. Vibe: You understand the real estate aesthetic—clean, inviting, and professional. Efficiency: We move fast, and we need someone who can handle a quick turnaround when a new special drops. Communication: You’re proactive and don’t mind a little back-and-forth to get the "feel" just right. This is a recurring, project-based role.
