Real Estate Media Acquisition/Booking Manager

Real Estate Media Sales & Outreach Virtual Assistant We are a growing real estate media company looking for a reliable, confident, and motivated Virtual Assistant to help us generate new business through outbound calling, warm calling, texting, and consistent follow-up with real estate agents. This is primarily a sales and lead generation position. You will be communicating directly with real estate professionals and helping introduce them to our photography, videography, drone, and content services. Responsibilities * Outbound cold calling to real estate agents * Warm calling agents who have previously interacted with our company * Daily outbound text outreach * Follow up consistently with interested leads * Respond to leads professionally via phone and text * Introduce agents to our services and portfolio * Identify agents with upcoming listings and potential media needs * Help convert conversations into bookings * Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses * Keep CRM / lead tracking organized * Build targeted lists of active real estate agents for future outreach * Follow provided scripts, sales processes, and training * Additional lead generation and administrative tasks as needed Preferred Skills * Strong spoken and written English * Comfortable making outbound calls every day * Confident speaking with potential clients * Friendly and professional phone presence * Sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or customer service experience preferred * Organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable handling objections and rejection * Quick learner * Familiar with Google Drive, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and basic software tools * Experience with real estate, photography, media, or marketing is a plus but not required Compensation Starting at $3.50/hour - $4/hour Pay increases are available as early as 3 months based on performance, reliability, communication skills, bookings generated, and ability to take on additional responsibilities.
