Summary

Real Estate Media Quality Control VA Team Needed We are a real estate media company based in the United States looking for a reliable virtual assistant team, agency, or highly experienced individual to help with quality control and media delivery. This is not a basic admin position. We need someone who can review real estate photos, videos, drone images, floor plans, and final deliverables before they are sent to clients. The most important things we are looking for are accuracy, reliability, fast communication, attention to detail, and consistent daily coverage. The workload is usually 2–5 hours per day depending on how many shoots are scheduled and how quickly the work is completed. Some days may be lighter, and some days may be busier. We would prefer to work with a team or agency that has backup coverage in case the main assistant is unavailable. Responsibilities include: * Reviewing edited real estate photos before delivery * Comparing edited photos to RAW photos when needed * Checking for color accuracy issues * Making sure walls, cabinets, countertops, floors, fixtures, and wood tones look natural * Catching photos where colors were accidentally changed, desaturated, or made unrealistic * Checking for reflections of the photographer, camera, tripod, flash, or drone controller * Checking mirrors, windows, shower glass, appliances, TV screens, and other reflective surfaces * Making sure there are no duplicate photos from the same angle * Confirming the correct number of final edited photos were delivered * Blurring faces in personal photos visible on walls, shelves, refrigerators, desks, and other areas * Making sure floor plans are included when ordered * Checking drone photos when included * Adding or verifying property pins on drone photos when needed * Adding or verifying lot lines/property outlines when requested * Making sure both clean drone photos and lot line versions are included when needed * Reviewing edited real estate videos before delivery * Checking that address titles are spelled correctly * Checking videos for stutter, missing motion blur, black frames, incorrect clips, or obvious editing mistakes * Confirming lot lines are included in videos when requested * Making sure branded and unbranded video versions are correct * Uploading final media to Aryeo in the correct order The ideal candidate or team will have experience with: * Real estate photography * Real estate video * Photo quality control * Video quality control * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Lightroom * Google Drive * Dropbox * Aryeo * File organization and delivery This job is a good fit for a team that: * Has backup coverage if one person is unavailable * Can work consistently when orders are ready * Responds quickly to messages * Follows checklists exactly * Notices small visual mistakes * Understands color accuracy * Can compare RAW photos to edited photos * Can clearly report problems before delivery * Is comfortable working with real estate media This job is not a good fit if: * You only provide general VA/admin work * You do not have experience reviewing visual media * You miss small details * You cannot provide consistent coverage * You are slow to respond * You do not have a backup plan when someone on your team is unavailable * You send generic copy/paste proposals without reading the full post Before hiring, I will provide a paid test project. The test may include edited photos, RAW photos, and/or video files with intentional mistakes. I want to see if you can catch the types of issues that commonly happen in real estate media delivery. Application Instructions: Please do not send a long generic proposal. To apply, answer the questions below in this exact format: Line 1: Tell me if you are applying as an individual, team, or agency. Line 2: Tell me how many people would be available to work on this account. Line 3: In one sentence, explain the difference between photo editing and photo quality control. Line 4: Name two specific places in a house where a photographer’s reflection might show up. Line 5: If 225 RAW photos were sent for a 5-bracket HDR shoot, how many final edited photos should I expect? Line 6: Tell me your typical response time during working hours. Line 7: Tell me what backup coverage you have if the main assistant is unavailable. Line 8: Start this line with the word “Cabinet” and explain why color accuracy matters for cabinets, walls, countertops, or flooring. Line 9: Ask me one smart question about the workflow. Note: Applications that do not follow this exact format will not be considered.
