We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support our growing real estate team. This individual will be responsible for monitoring lead flow, reviewing team performance, ensuring CRM accuracy, training new team members, and maintaining operational efficiency across multiple departments. The ideal candidate has experience working with real estate teams, lead management systems, virtual assistants, and CRM platforms. They should be comfortable auditing work, identifying issues, and ensuring all leads and listings are properly tracked and updated. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review incoming leads across the sales team. Audit caller performance and ensure proper follow-up procedures are being followed. Conduct quality assurance reviews of calls and lead handling activities. Verify that team members are performing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently. Track lead progress and ensure CRM records are complete and up to date. Review and update property listing information. Assist with preparing operational and real estate-related documents. Train and onboard new team members. Review team workflows and identify missing information or process gaps. Coordinate with acquisitions, dispositions, and lead generation teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain reporting and provide updates on lead pipeline performance. Ensure all recent listings, lead statuses, and team activities are accurately documented. Required Skills Real Estate Operations Lead Management CRM Management Quality Assurance (QA) Call Review & Auditing Team Coordination Training & Onboarding Administrative Support Data Entry & Reporting Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Attention to Detail Process Improvement Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting U.S. real estate companies. Familiarity with Podio, Salesforce, REsimpli, GoHighLevel, InvestorFuse, or similar CRM systems. Experience managing virtual teams. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
