Real Estate Operations Manager — Remote Position

We are looking for a serious, committed, and results-driven Real Estate Operations Manager to supervise our real estate investment team and help ensure we achieve a minimum of 10 closings per month. This is a demanding position with daily quotas, constant accountability, and a full workload during the entire shift. You must be fully focused during working hours and cannot work another job at the same time. Compensation Pay is $7 per hour plus commissions. Commissions should range around $1,000 to $1,500 per month, depending on performance and closings. Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time Lunch: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time You will be monitored through Hubstaff during the full workday. Responsibilities You will manage and supervise a team of 12 people, including cold callers, acquisition managers, disposition managers, and other team members with specific roles. Your responsibilities include: Monitoring Hubstaff activity, schedules, screenshots, idle time, and productivity Calling team members daily to review reports and performance Making sure daily quotas are completed Supervising cold callers, including call volume, talk time, lunch time, and schedules Managing performance for acquisition and disposition team members Ensuring proper follow-up and organization inside GoHighLevel CRM Holding the team accountable for results Reporting issues and helping solve problems quickly Making sure the company reaches at least 10 closings per month Requirements Experience managing workers or remote teams Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to track numbers, reports, and performance daily Reliable computer, internet, and electricity Ability to work the full schedule with no distractions Real estate experience is not mandatory but is strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is not mandatory but would be very helpful. Important Notice This is not a relaxed position. The bosses are demanding, the workday is full, and performance will be monitored closely. Excuses related to a non-working computer, consistent electricity outages, internet problems, or failure to complete the schedule may be grounds for termination.
