Real Estate Operations Manager for High-Producing Agent

Title: Real Estate Operations Manager for High-Producing Agent I am a real estate agent licensed in Louisiana and Georgia seeking an experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to help organize and scale my business. I currently manage 24+ active listings, buyer clients, multiple monthly closings, a transaction coordinator, showing agents, an answering service, and virtual support. I am not looking for a virtual assistant. I am looking for someone who can take ownership of operations, improve systems, create accountability, and help my business run more efficiently while I focus on generating new clients and listings. Responsibilities: * Create and improve systems and workflows * Build and document SOPs * Organize and maintain CRM processes * Track listings, buyers, and transactions * Manage and oversee support staff * Create KPI dashboards and reporting * Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions * Ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met * Improve overall efficiency and scalability Requirements: * Real estate operations experience is REQUIRED * Experience supporting a high-producing agent, team, or brokerage * Experience with CRMs, project management systems, and transaction management * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to work independently and solve problems To apply, please answer the following: 1.
