We are seeking an elite, detail-driven Virtual Assistant who can seamlessly support: ✔ Administration & Executive Support ✔ Marketing & Lead Generation ✔ Operations & CRM Management (REIReply / GHL / Batch / Resimpli) ✔ Acquisitions & Dispositions Support ✔ Transaction Coordination (Virtual) If you have a strong background supporting real estate wholesale operations and can work inside a CRM with speed, accuracy, and initiative — you will thrive here. ________________________________________ 🎯 Your Core Responsibilities 1️⃣ Administration & Operations • Manage daily tasks, KPIs, and reporting dashboards • Maintain CRM hygiene: tag workflows, pipelines, scheduling, follow-ups • Organize company documents, SOPs, spreadsheets, and communication channels • Assist with building out automations, forms, campaigns, and pipelines • Support the Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Operations Manager ________________________________________ 2️⃣ Marketing & Lead Generation Support • Launch and monitor outreach campaigns • Manage inbound leads and route them to the right team member • Assist with research • Prepare social media content, posts, and scheduling (optional but valuable) • Manage paid lead sources like iSpeedToLead, Facebook Leads, PPC, etc. ________________________________________ 3️⃣ CRM & Technology (REIReply or Similar) • Build, edit, and maintain automations, triggers, workflows • Create pipelines for sellers, buyers, agents, JVs • Update lead stages, assign tasks, create automations for nurturing and follow-up • Implement drip campaigns and long-term nurture sequences • Ensure systems run clean, organized, and scalable ________________________________________ 4️⃣ Acquisitions Support • Set appointments for Acquisitions Manager • Pre-screen leads using company criteria • Provide comps, rent estimates, Zillow/Redfin lookups • Run basic MAO calculations and tag leads based on motivation • Assist in preparing offer documents and follow-up templates ________________________________________ 5️⃣ Dispositions Support • Build and manage buyer lists • Send deal blasts, follow up with buyers, update pipeline • Coordinate showings, walk-throughs, lockbox access if needed • Track offers, bids, feedback, and buyer negotiations • Prepare final deal sheets for TC ________________________________________ 6️⃣ Transaction Coordination (Virtual) • Coordinate closing timeline between seller, buyer, title company • Organize contract execution, addendums, earnest money, title docs • Follow up daily on title progress • Prepare closing packets • Track all dates, compliance, and communication • Ensure closings happen on time (or earlier) ________________________________________ 💼 Qualifications Required • 2+ years experience supporting a real estate wholesaling or investment team • Hands-on experience with REIReply, GoHighLevel, Resimpli, or BatchLeads • Strong English writing and communication skills • High attention to detail; organized and proactive • Ability to work autonomously and solve problems without waiting for instructions • Experience with U.S. real estate documents, contracts, leads, and title/escrow processes Preferred • Experience in building out CRM automations and workflow logic • Understanding of wholesaling from marketing → acquisitions → dispositions → TC • Experience working with multi-market operations • Familiarity with lead scoring, KPI dashboards, and reporting • Basic knowledge of comps, ARV, rent estimates, and investor analysis ________________________________________ 🚀 What You’ll Gain • Consistent, long-term work with a fast-scaling real estate company • Training, SOPs, and systems to grow with the company • Opportunity for performance-based bonuses • Work in a supportive, structured, high-performance environment • Ability to take ownership and help shape the operational infrastructure ________________________________________ Please send: • Your resume • A short video or audio introduction (optional but preferred) • Examples of systems you’ve built or managed • Your experience with CRMs like REIReply/GHL • Your availability (hours per week) Deliverables • Manage daily operations of the real estate business - CRM Management • Generate and manage leads effectively to all team members • Develop and implement business development strategies around automation, improving workflows, and creating procedures • Maintain accurate records and reports • Transaction Coordination to help move deal along • Other duties as required
