Summary

I own a residential development lot in Houston, TX that is currently listed for sale. Rather than relying solely on the MLS, I’m looking for one entrepreneurial person to own a 30-day outreach campaign focused on finding qualified builders, developers, land investors, and other likely buyers. I will handle pricing decisions and final negotiations. Your responsibility is to develop the outreach strategy, identify potential buyers, execute outreach, manage follow-up, and bring qualified opportunities to me. This is a pilot project. If we work well together, I have additional projects where I need someone who enjoys taking ownership and moving initiatives forward.
