# Real Estate Photo QC & Delivery Specialist / Project Manager ## Company Vision Real Estate Media is a real estate media company that provides high-quality photography, video, floor plans, 3D tours, and listing media for real estate agents. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented contractor to help with our daily photo editing, quality control, and delivery process. ## Position Overview This role is responsible for using **AutoHDR**, an AI photo editing platform, to process and review real estate photos each morning. You will follow specific editing instructions, remove requested items, apply virtual twilight when needed, review images for quality, and help prepare final media for delivery to clients. This is a remote contract position, but the schedule is very important. You must be available every day from **7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Eastern Time**. ## Schedule * 6 days per week * 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM, 11:00AM - 12:00PM, and 3:00PM - 4:00PM Eastern Time * Monday through Sunday * Must be online and available during this full time window **4 hours per day for $5-$10/hour** * If the work takes longer than the guaranteed time, additional pay may be available depending on workload and approval ## Main Responsibilities * Use AutoHDR to process real estate photo edits * Review AI-edited photos for quality and accuracy * Follow specific notes for item removal, object removal, and cleanup requests * Add virtual twilight edits when requested * Make sure all final images meet company standards before delivery * Check that the correct number of photos were submitted, edited, and delivered * Complete light data entry tasks * Learn and use new software to upload, organize, and send final media to clients * Communicate clearly if there are issues, missing files, unclear instructions, or delays * Follow company checklists and editing standards every day ## Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with photo editing software. You do not need to be an expert real estate photo editor, but photo editing experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who: * Has photo editing experience * Has experience with AI photo editing tools or is able to learn quickly * Has Canva experience or basic design experience * Has strong attention to detail * Can follow written instructions carefully * Communicates clearly and quickly * Is dependable every morning * Has a fantastic internet connection * Has a reliable computer or laptop * Is comfortable learning new software * Can handle repetitive daily tasks with consistency * Can work independently without constant supervision ## Requirements * Must be available every day from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Eastern Time * Must have a strong and stable internet connection * Must have a reliable computer * Must be comfortable downloading, uploading, reviewing, and organizing photo files * Must be able to follow checklists and written instructions * Must be able to communicate in English * Must be willing to learn our software and workflow * Must be reliable and on time every day ## Preferred Experience * Real estate photo editing * General photo editing * Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar software * AutoHDR or other AI photo editing software * File organization and delivery software * Virtual twilight editing * Object removal / item removal * Data entry * Remote assistant or operations support experience ## Important Notes This role requires consistency more than anything.
