Real Estate Photo Editor & Quality Control (Photoshop / Lightroom) Overview: We're a US-based real estate photography studio looking for a detail-oriented photo editor to handle quality control and manual finishing on our real estate image sets. Our HDR images are pre-processed through Fotello — your job is to catch what automated processing misses and finish each image to a clean, MLS-ready standard. This is ongoing work for the right person. We value consistency, speed, and an eye for the small details that make a listing look professional. The Workflow: 1. Receive HDR-processed images from Fotello (delivered per property/set). 2. Review each image inside Fotello and flag any photos where the AI processing went wrong (ghosting, blown windows, color/exposure errors, artifacts, etc.) for fotello human review. 3. Run each image through our QC checklist (below). 4. Export and finish images in your own licensed Photoshop / Lightroom. 5. Deliver corrected, consistent final sets on schedule. Manual Editing Tasks: - Remove loose, hanging, or distracting wires and cables (interior and exterior). - Remove distracting reflections — photographer, flash, tripod, and equipment in windows, mirrors, glass, appliances, and faucets. - Remove driveway and garage oil stains. - Grass greening: Recolor yellow/brown/patchy lawn to a natural green. **Color correction only — do NOT add or clone in new vegetation, plants, or grass that isn't there.** - Remove common clutter where appropriate: hoses, cords, trash bins, floor mats, pet items, cars in the driveway, alarm/exit stickers. QC Checklist (every image): - Consistent color and exposure across the entire set. - Straight verticals, level horizons. - No HDR ghosting, halos, or bracketing artifacts. - Windows properly exposed (view pull where applicable — no blown-out or black windows). - No color casts from mixed lighting. - Lens distortion / chromatic aberration corrected. - Sharp, clean, no visible dust spots. Requirements: - Proven real estate photo editing experience (portfolio required — please include before/after examples). - Your own licensed Photoshop and Lightroom. - Strong, reliable turnaround and clear English communication. - Comfortable following a checklist and a defined editing style.
