### Real Estate Photo Editor (Remote Freelance) We are seeking an experienced **Real Estate Photo Editor** for ongoing freelance work. Applicants must have proven experience editing real estate photography and be able to consistently deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. #### What We Shoot * HDR real estate photography * No flash workflow * Three bracketed exposures * Approximately 3-stop exposure differences * RAW files provided #### Editing Requirements Each image should be delivered MLS-ready and include, when needed: * Professional HDR blending * Perspective and vertical corrections * Color correction and white balance adjustments * Exposure balancing * Lens distortion correction * Noise reduction and sharpening * **High-quality window pulls** * **Realistic sky replacements** * **Grass enhancement, touch-up, or replacement** * Minor object removal and cleanup #### Additional Services (Occasional) Experience with the following is preferred: * Virtual staging * Twilight/day-to-dusk conversions #### Turnaround Times You must be able to consistently meet one of the following turnaround times, depending on the assignment: * 6 hours * 8 hours * 12 hours Meeting deadlines is critical. If a project exceeds the agreed turnaround time without prior communication, compensation adjustments may apply. #### Compensation * **$0.60 USD per final image** * Our standard package averages **35 images per property** * Typical compensation is **$21 per job** The per-image rate includes all standard editing requirements, including: * HDR blending * Window pulls * Sky replacements * Grass enhancement or replacement * Standard retouching necessary to meet our quality expectations #### To Apply Please submit: * Samples of your real estate editing work * Before-and-after examples of window pulls and sky replacements * Examples of grass enhancement work * Your average turnaround times * Confirmation that you can consistently meet 6-, 8-, and 12-hour deadlines Only applicants with real estate editing experience will be considered.
