Real Estate Photo QC Editor

We are seeking a meticulous Real Estate Photo QC Editor to manage the quality control and final delivery process for our photography projects. This is not a raw-to-final editing role; our system uses an auto merging software for initial merging and processing. Your job is to ensure every image meets our high-quality standards, perform specific manual corrections, and manage the final delivery workflow within our operations platform. Technical Requirements •Meticulous Eye for Detail: You must be able to spot subtle color shifts (blue casts) and exposure inconsistencies that automated systems miss. •Software Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Photoshop (for TV replacements and drone graphics) and familiarity with real estate photography standards. •Reliability: Real estate media is a fast-paced industry. We require consistent turnaround times and clear communication. Performance Standards •Window Exposure: Every window must be properly exposed with clear views where applicable. •Color Accuracy: No unnatural color casts; whites should be neutral and vibrant. •Alignment: No ghosting or misaligned brackets in the final merged files. •Workflow Hygiene: All files must be correctly categorized The biggest thing is that photos HAVE to be turned around in 12-24 hours if you don't feel like you can meet that timeline please DO NOT apply.
