Real Estate AI Photo Quality Control

All you need to do is download the edited photos and inspect every single one thoroughly for things such as hoses, cables, people, real estate signs, cars, and stuff of that nature then use tools like Adobe Firefly to quickly edit that stuff out, or for the big ones we have a website where you categorize images into folders click a button and AI will take care of the rest. A few things that matter: • Turnaround needs to be within 12 hours. • As a regular guy just using Photoshop and generative AI remove, it takes me about 30–60 minutes to complete one project for the quality control. I expect it to be roughly the same for you. • Even though we use a lot of AI, I still want someone who knows the fundamentals. You don’t need to do any real estate photo bracketing or masking, but it would still be nice to have basic Lightroom and Photoshop skills. • I can provide access to Adobe Firefly if needed so you can make little minor adjustments. You'll be paid per project you Quality Control and you typically have to look at 45 - 80 photos per project. usually only 20% need a little manual AI editing.
