๐ Coastal Studios โ Virtual Assistant About Us Coastal Studios is a fast-growing real estate and event media company based in Northeast Florida. We specialize in photography, videography, drone footage, and event coverage. We're a small but busy team and we're looking for a detail-oriented VA to help manage our post-production delivery workflow. Role Overview You'll be the bridge between our photographer and final client delivery โ making sure photos are reviewed, organized, edited lightly, named correctly, and uploaded on time. Accuracy and speed matter here. We promise 24-hour turnaround to clients. Core Responsibilities Review edited photos returned from our outsourced editor for quality Perform basic photo touch-ups and object removals (training provided) Name and organize photo files per our naming conventions Upload final photos and floor plans to our delivery platform Download floor plans from Zillow and match to correct property Upload shoot files to Dropbox for editor Research and pull property lot line maps by county (training provided) On slower days: organize archives, prep upcoming shoot folders, assist with admin tasks Requirements Strong attention to detail โ you will be reviewing professional photography Comfortable with Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar cloud platforms Basic photo editing experience (Lightroom familiarity is a bonus, not required) Reliable, responsive, and communicative โ this role is time-sensitive Available during flexible hours including some evenings Self-starter who can work independently with clear instructions Preferred Background in real estate media, photography, or creative production Experience supporting a small business or creative entrepreneur Familiarity with Zillow, MLS platforms, or property records Application Process Submit a short video interview (2-3 minutes) answering: Describe your experience managing detail-oriented, deadline-driven tasks Walk us through how you'd organize files for three different properties in one day Why do you want to work with a creative media company?
