Looking for a Real Estate Professional who has had experience in Commercial Real Estate Acquisition Due Diligence. Looking for someone who can perform due diligence for property purchases including verifying tenant ledgers, outgoings, compliance and market comparables If you can do financial modelling or business case studies for our deals it will be a plus but not essential. Looking for someone who can file manage and a good at meeting deadlines and managing multiple files and tasks at once. Immediate Start and ability to be full time role
