Title: Real Estate VA — Property List Research & Owner/Contact Data Compilation Overview: Our land investment and acquisition firm has ongoing lists of target properties we're interested in, and we need a detail-oriented virtual assistant to research those parcels and compile owner and contact records into our spreadsheet templates. This is recurring, list-based research and data-entry work that directly supports our outreach team. How it works: - We give you a list of parcels/sites we've selected (APN, address, county) - You research each property and compile the owner-of-record and associated contact and property details - You run the lists through OUR designated data tools and accounts using our documented process (training and logins provided) - You clean, standardize, and de-duplicate the results into our templates, ready for our CRM and outreach platforms What you'll work with: - Public county/assessor records and our existing property lists - Our subscription data tools (we provide access — you do not need your own) - Excel / Google Sheets for compiling and formatting the final lists What we're looking for: - Strong attention to detail and comfort in Excel / Google Sheets - Experience with real estate research, list building, or data entry a plus - Able to follow a documented, repeatable process and keep formatting consistent - Reliable communication and turnaround Nice to have: - Familiarity with U.S. county property/assessor records - Experience preparing owner/contact lists for CRM or outreach tools To apply, tell us briefly about any real estate research or list-building work you've done and your weekly availability.
