I’m looking for a highly organized Rental Sourcing Assistant to help identify the best rental opportunities in the Vaughan, Woodbridge, Concord, and surrounding areas. The objective is simple: Find the best value rentals on the market. This is not about finding the cheapest unit. It’s about finding opportunities where the value stands out relative to the rest of the market. Examples include: * Large 1-bedroom units with excellent layouts * 2-bedroom units priced close to comparable 1-bedrooms * Well-maintained units with above-average square footage * Listings that appear underpriced relative to similar properties * Opportunities where there may be room for negotiation You will search across multiple sources including: * MLS * Facebook Marketplace * Rentals.ca * Condos.ca * Direct landlord listings * Other rental platforms you believe are relevant Responsibilities: * Source rental opportunities daily * Organize findings in a simple spreadsheet * Rank opportunities from strongest to weakest * Highlight why a property stands out * Contact listing agents or landlords when required * Assist with booking viewings Ideal Candidate: * Strong online research skills * Organized and detail-oriented * Familiar with rental listings and real estate platforms * Able to identify value, not just price * Strong communication skills When applying, please tell me: 1.
