Real Estate Research Assistant Needed — Add Property Listings to Google Sheets

I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help with daily real estate research and Google Sheets data entry. Your job will be to search real estate websites, find properties that match specific criteria, add the listing details into a Google Sheet, and lightly personalize a pre-written email template. I will provide the cities, property criteria, spreadsheet template, and email templates. Tasks include: Search for active residential listings in specific cities Find properties that match the criteria provided Add property address, city, state, price, listing URL, property type, and days on market when available Add listing agent name and brokerage when available Add short notes about why the property fits the criteria Copy/paste a provided email template into the spreadsheet Personalize the email by adding the agent’s first name and property address Keep the spreadsheet clean and organized Complete the assigned number of records each day You do not need to find phone numbers or email addresses. I will handle that part separately. Requirements: Strong attention to detail Experience with Google Sheets Ability to research real estate listings online Reliable daily communication Able to follow clear instructions Good written English Real estate research experience is a plus This is an ongoing part-time role if the work is accurate and consistent.
