Real Estate Sales Closer | Remote | Full Time

We help families solve complex property and title problems, and we're growing our sales team. You'll research property records and family history, then call, text, and follow up with families to guide them through the process. This is relationship based selling, not cold hard pitching. We're a real buy and sell investment team, not wholesalers. Average deal size is trending toward $45k to $50k, and reps earn 10 to 15% commission on the net profit of every closed deal. We're looking for: 5+ years sales experience, real estate a plus Excellent spoken and written English Comfortable with daily outbound calls and follow up Coachable, organized, and good at reading people Reliable internet and a quiet space to work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7:30pm ET, daily 10am huddle Pay: $800 to $1,500 base per month depending on experience, plus commission on every deal you help close. Our current team member closes about one deal a week in this role. We invest in training and want someone who's here to grow with us long term.
