Real Estate Sales

Hi there! We're looking for a full-time real estate sales person for our wholesaling business. Once we get a property under contract, your job will be to: 1. Post on Craigslist & Facebook marketplace to find a photographer to take pictures. (We'll give you templates and a process) 2. Create the dispo packet (we'll give you a one-page template for this as well) 3. Use InvestorLift or InvestorBase to build a list of buyers to reach out to. 4. Cold call buyers to setup a time for them to go by. (We try to get everyone to go by at the same time; increases competition) 5. Follow up so they get offers in by 12pm the next day. 6. Follow up with the highest offers 3-4 to see if they are interested in raising their offer. You must: 1. Speak excellent English with minimal accent. You'll be calling people all across the United States. 2. Be great a follow up on the phone. Much of this job will be cold calling buyers to start a relationship
