I'm a real estate agent looking for a reliable, long-term editor and social media VA to help grow my presence on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. What you'll do: Edit raw footage (property tours, talking head clips) into engaging short-form videos (30–90 sec) Add captions, text overlays, trending audio, and transitions Post and schedule content to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Write captions and relevant hashtags Requirements: Proficient in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Experience with short-form real estate or lifestyle content Familiar with trending formats on TikTok/Reels Reliable, communicates well, meets deadlines Available for 5–8 hours/week ongoing Please include in your application: 2–3 examples of short-form videos you've edited Your hourly rate Your availability Budget: $3–6/hr
