Real Estate Syndication & Private Equity Fundraising Consultant

I'm the founder of Greylith, a private real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and holding income-producing properties long term. I'm looking for an experienced consultant to help build out our capital raising strategy and investor relations infrastructure. This includes: Advising on the right offering structure (Reg D 506b/506c, syndication, etc.) Helping prepare investor-facing materials (one-pager, pitch deck, PPM guidance) Building a process for sourcing and nurturing accredited investor relationships Advising on compliance requirements for private placements Ideal candidate has: Direct experience raising capital for real estate private equity or syndications Familiarity with SEC Reg D offerings Existing relationships with accredited investors is a plus This is a consulting engagement to start, with potential for an ongoing role as the firm grows.
