Real Estate Telemarketer/Cold Caller

We are a real estate investment company looking to hire an experienced cold caller / telemarketer to help us with outbound outreach. Your primary role will be to contact probate law firms on our behalf to introduce our company and identify opportunities to work together. We specialize in purchasing partial ownership interests in residential properties, particularly in probate situations where multiple heirs may inherit a property. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to probate law firms from a provided list - Briefly introduce our company and explain how we work with probate cases - Build relationships with attorneys and staff - Log call outcomes and notes - Follow provided scripts while also being comfortable having natural conversations - Schedule meetings with our partner and the attorney
